About the event
Twice a month on Monday evenings, I hold a gentle and powerful Women’s Breathwork Circle a space created for connection, nourishment, and the deep exhale your nervous system has been craving.
Located is in Mount Albert my hometown address and parking directions will be sent once registered. Investment $35.00
From 7:00–8:30 PM, we gather in sisterhood to explore a variety of breathwork styles, heart-opening practices, and grounding rituals. Each circle is unique an intuitive blend of what the group needs in that moment.
Please arrive 15 minutes early for settling in, creating your space, and signing waivers before we begin.
